Guide Me Visit

A premium audio guide for your site. Live in days, no app.

For gardens, heritage sites, museums and rides. Your visitors scan a QR code and listen in their own language. We write and voice it, and you approve it.

  • Visitors scan a QR code
  • No app to install
  • Five languages
  • Words on screen
  • No visitor accounts

Before and after

Less to run. More to hear.

Today

  • A queue at the hire desk
  • Devices to charge, clean and collect
  • One language, or printed boards that go out of date
  • Text changes mean reprinting

With Guide Me Visit

  • Visitors scan and listen on their own phone
  • They choose their language on the first screen
  • The words are on screen as well as in the ear
  • The same QR code keeps working when the text changes

How it works

Three steps, no procurement project.

  1. 1

We write and voice the guide

You share your knowledge of the place. We write, voice and translate the guide, and you approve every stop.

  2. 2

    Visitors scan a QR code

You display it at the entrance or at each stop. Nothing to install, nothing to hire out.

  3. 3

    They listen in their language

They pick a language on the first screen and listen on their own phone, with the words alongside.

The process in detail

The visitor experience

What your visitors see.

A welcome screen in their language, then one stop at a time with the words on screen. These are example screens for an imaginary venue.

  • Choose a language on the first screen
  • Large text, strong contrast, controls sized for touch
  • Pause, replay and move between stops freely
  • Opens in the phone browser from a scan or a link

What venues get

Everything a guide needs, nothing to hire out.

Items marked planned are on our roadmap and are not available yet.

  • A better visitor experience

Premium narration, with the words on screen, at the visitor’s own pace.

  • Five languages

English, Portuguese, German, French and Spanish, each checked by a native speaker.

  • GPS-triggered stops

Where a site wants it, a stop can start as the visitor arrives. Location stays on the phone.

  • Works offline

Visitors can save the guide to the phone and keep listening without a signal.

  • Your brand, not ours

Colours, name and tone follow your site. Guide Me stays in the background.

  • Private links and ticket codes

Open to all, or limited to people with a link or a ticket code.

  • Visitor analyticsPlanned

Anonymous listening figures for your team.

  • Ticketing integrationPlanned

Connect the guide to your ticketing and entry systems.

Languages

Every visitor in their own language.

Our process currently covers five languages. A native speaker checks each translation before a guide goes live, and we will not list a language we have not shipped.

  • English
  • Português
  • Deutsch
  • Français
  • Español

Other languages are possible later, and we say which ones we have shipped before you commit to them.

Who it is for

Places worth listening to.

  • Gardens

Outdoor sites where visitors move at their own pace.

  • Heritage sites

Castles, houses and monuments with many stories.

  • Rides and attractions

Consistent narration in several languages, with the words on screen.

  • Small museums

Galleries and collections that want guidance without hardware.

Accessibility, privacy and AI

Accessible and private by design.

  • Transcript always on screen

Every stop shows its words, so visitors can read as well as listen.

  • No visitor accounts

Visitors do not register. We do not sell visitor data.

  • Location stays on the device

Where a guide uses location, it is processed on the phone.

  • Human review

A person reviews every script and listens to the audio before publication.

  • Voices are disclosed

The voices are synthetic, and each guide says so.

  • Built to WCAG 2.2 AA

That is our target. We list what has and has not been tested in the accessibility statement.

Pricing

A free pilot, then a quote that fits your site.

A one-time set-up and an annual licence per site. The number of stops, the languages and how often the content changes shape the price. We do not publish a price list yet.

How pricing works

FAQ

Questions we expect.

How much does it cost?

There is a one-time set-up and an annual licence per site. The price depends on the number of stops, the languages and how often the content changes. We do not publish a price list yet, so we start with a free pilot and quote afterwards.

Do visitors need to install an app?

No. A visitor scans a QR code or opens a link and the guide opens in their phone browser.

Do you need any hardware?

No devices to buy, charge or hand out. You display QR codes where you want them.

How long does it take to go live?

The aim is days, not months, once your material is with us and you have approved the scripts. The timeline depends on the number of stops and languages, and we agree it in writing before the pilot starts.

Who owns the audio and the text?

The terms are agreed in writing at the start of each pilot. Your material and your wording stay yours.

How do you keep it accurate?

We write only from material you give us or approve. A person checks each script and you approve it before anything goes live.

Is the narration a real person?

The voices are synthetic and we say so in the guide. A person reviews the script and listens to the result before publication.

Which languages do you cover?

Our process currently covers English, Portuguese, German, French and Spanish. A native speaker checks each translation before launch, and we will not list a language we have not shipped.

Does it work without a signal?

Guides can be saved to the phone for use offline once visitors have opened them on a connection.
